Davaco is an independent app studio operated by Thanh Cong Tech Household Business in Hanoi, Vietnam (“Davaco”, “we”, “us”). Our apps are published on the App Store and Google Play under the developer name “Anh Trinh”. We are the party responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
What This Policy Covers
This policy covers davaco.app, the Davaco newsletter, email you exchange with us, and the official Davaco accounts on social platforms.
Each app has its own policy
What an app does with the data inside it is set out in that app’s own privacy policy, linked from its page and its store listing. Where an app’s policy and this one differ, the app’s policy applies to that app.

When you visit davaco.app
We do not run analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies on this website, and you do not need an account to use it. Like any website, our hosting provider receives standard request data — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — to deliver the page and keep the service secure.
How We Use It
- Newsletter: to send a few emails a year when we ship something, on the basis of your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Support and enquiries: to reply to you and help with our apps.
- Running the website: to serve pages, prevent abuse and fix problems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Service Providers
We rely on a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:
- Vercel — hosts davaco.app.
- Loops — stores the newsletter list and sends the newsletter.
- Our email provider — holds the messages sent to contact@davaco.app.
These providers may store data outside Vietnam, including in the United States. We only share what each of them needs to do its job.
How Long We Keep It
- Newsletter addresses: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Emails: as long as needed to help you, and then for our records of support we have given.
- Hosting logs: for the short period our hosting provider keeps them.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live — including under Vietnam’s personal data protection law and the GDPR — you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it or delete it;
- stop using it, or withdraw consent you have given (such as to the newsletter).
Write to contact@davaco.app and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This website and our newsletter are not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has given us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will say so on the website or in the newsletter before it takes effect.

Our Social Channels
Davaco has official accounts on X, Threads, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. When you follow, comment on or message these accounts, the platform processes your data under its own privacy policy. We see what the platform shows any account owner — your public profile, what you post to us, and aggregated statistics — and we use it only to run the account and reply to you.
