Agreement to These Terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Thanh Cong Tech Household Business, Hanoi, Vietnam, which operates Davaco (“Davaco”, “we”, “us”). By using davaco.app, subscribing to our newsletter or interacting with our official social accounts, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use these services.

Using the Website

You may browse, read and share davaco.app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t:

• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its services;
• scrape or copy it in bulk, or use automated means to submit forms;
• sign up other people to the newsletter without their permission;

Intellectual Property

The Davaco name and logo, our app names and icons, and the text, design and images on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may link to our pages and quote short passages with credit, but you may not use our marks in a way that suggests we endorse you, or reuse our content commercially, without our written permission.

Reviews quoted on this site belong to their authors and are shown as published on the App Store or Google Play.

What You Send Us

If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions — by email, in a comment or a message on social media — we may use them to improve our apps without owing you anything for it. We will never publish your name or what you wrote without asking you first.

Third-Party Sites and Platforms

This website links to the App Store, Google Play and the social platforms where Davaco has an account. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for them. When you follow, comment on or message our social accounts, the platform’s rules apply as well as these terms; we may hide or remove comments that are abusive, spam or unlawful.

Disclaimer

We work to keep davaco.app accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. Ratings, user numbers and release dates on the site are our best current figures and may change. We don’t promise the website will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Davaco is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, the newsletter or our social channels. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
