Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the XCam - Dual Camera Front & Back application.
1Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using XCam - Dual Camera Front & Back ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Anh Trinh regarding your use of the App.
2Description of Service
XCam Features:
- • Simultaneous front + back camera recording (PiP & split screen)
- • Wide + close-up zoom capture
- • Vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) export from one take
- • Live filters and standard camera tools
- • Watermark-free export to your photo library
XCam is a video recording app that captures two cameras at once for vlogs, reactions, and everyday storytelling. Simultaneous multi-camera capture requires a supported device.
3Device Requirements & Permissions
To function, the App needs your permission to use the camera, microphone, and photo library. You can manage these permissions at any time in your device settings, but some features will not work without them.
Simultaneous dual-camera recording is only available on devices that support it (for example, iPhone XS / A12 and newer). On unsupported devices, some modes may be unavailable.
4Your Content and Responsibility
You own your recordings:
Everything you record and export with XCam belongs to you. Your videos are processed on your device — we do not claim any rights to them and cannot access them.
You are solely responsible for what you record and how you use it. You agree that you will not use the App to:
- Record people without any consent that the law requires
- Violate anyone's privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights
- Create or share unlawful, harassing, or harmful content
- Break any recording, wiretapping, or data-protection laws that apply to you
5Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise its security
- Interfere with the App's normal operation
6Purchases & Pro Upgrade
XCam is free to download and use. It offers one optional in-app purchase, Pro (Lifetime), for a one-time payment of $4.99 USD. This is not a subscription: it does not auto-renew, there is no recurring charge, and there is nothing to cancel.
Purchase Terms:
- • One-time purchase — $4.99 once, no subscription and no auto-renewal
- • Payment is charged to your Apple Account (or Google Play account) when you confirm the purchase
- • $4.99 is the US App Store price; your local price and currency are set by the store and may include tax
- • Pro is tied to the store account that bought it, not to a XCam account — we do not ask you to register
- • Once purchased, Pro stays unlocked for that store account and does not expire
What Pro unlocks
- Exporting both the 9:16 vertical and 16:9 horizontal clip from a single take
- The advanced filter and camera control set
- Any future Pro tool we add to the app at no extra charge
Restoring on another device:
Sign in with the same store account and tap Restore Purchases in XCam's settings. Pro works on every device signed in to that account at no additional cost. Because the purchase lives with your store account, deleting and reinstalling the app does not lose it.
Refunds:
We cannot issue refunds directly, because we never receive the payment. All refunds are handled by the store under its own policy — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or through Google Play for Android. If something in the app is not working, email us first and we will try to fix it.
We may change the price of Pro, or what it includes, in future versions of the app. A price change never affects a purchase you have already made: Pro stays unlocked for you at no further cost. If we ever have to retire a Pro feature, we will say so in the app before it happens.
7Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and features, is owned by Anh Trinh and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App itself without our written permission. This does not affect your ownership of the videos you create.
8Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Important Legal Notice:
XCam is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for lost recordings, missed captures, or device-specific limitations. Always test important shots before you rely on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anh Trinh disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9App Store Compliance
Your use of the App must comply with the Apple App Store or Google Play Store terms. In case of conflict between these Terms and the store terms, the store terms prevail for issues related to that store.

10Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate your access to the App for violation of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the App.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, but any videos already saved to your device remain yours.
11Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or other reasonable means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for updates.
