Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Floral Diary: Mood Journal ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Anh Trinh regarding your use of the App.
Description of Service
Floral Diary Features:
- A daily diary with notes, photos and voice clips
- Mood flowers and a monthly flower calendar
- Monthly cassette tapes of the sounds you recorded
- Let Go, a ritual for writing down and releasing worries
- Letters to your future self, opened a year later
- A plant that grows as you keep your diary
Floral Diary is a personal journaling application designed to help users notice their days and reflect on their feelings.
Not a Medical Service:
Floral Diary is not a medical or mental health service and does not provide diagnosis, therapy or crisis support. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
Your Content and Privacy
Your Diary Is Yours:
The notes, photos and recordings you add are stored on your device. We do not access, store, or transmit the contents of your diary to external servers without your explicit consent.
You retain full ownership of your content and are responsible for keeping your passcode and backups. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference, explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise security
- Use the App to harm others or violate their privacy
- Record other people without their consent where the law requires it
Membership and Payment
Floral Diary is free to use, with optional membership plans that add features such as full monthly tapes, unlimited voice recording, letters to your future self, rare flowers and exports. All payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective terms and conditions.
Membership Terms:
- Monthly and yearly plans auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial; any unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase
- A lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that does not renew
- Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings
- Refunds are subject to App Store/Google Play policies
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, illustrations, flowers, covers, stickers, code and features, is owned by Anh Trinh and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App without our written permission.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Important Legal Notice:
Floral Diary is provided "as is" without warranties. Because your diary is stored on your device, we cannot recover entries lost when a device is lost, reset or the App is deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anh Trinh disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
App Store Compliance
Your use of the App must comply with the App Store or Google Play Store terms and conditions. In case of conflict between these Terms and the App Store terms, the App Store terms prevail for issues related to the App Store.

Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate by uninstalling the App.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, but data stored locally on your device remains yours.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or other reasonable means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for updates.
