Data Deletion

Floral Diary: Mood Journal uses Google Sign-In only to back up your diary to your own Google Drive. Your diary never reaches our servers, so it stays in your hands: you can delete it, its backups and the App's access to your Google account at any time, using any of the steps below.

Where Your Data Is

Held by You

  • Your diary on your device
  • Backup files the App created in your own Google Drive or iCloud

Held for You

  • A sign-in record in Firebase Authentication (user ID, email, sign-in method)
  • Your email and name, only if you opted in to news from Davaco
  • Purchase records in RevenueCat, only if you bought a membership

We never hold your diary entries, photos, recordings or moods. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.

Delete Your Account in the App

This is the quickest way to remove everything at once:

  1. Open Floral Diary and go to Account & Backup
  2. Tap Delete account & data and confirm

This Deletes:

  • Your Firebase sign-in record
  • Your email-update subscription, if any
  • Your backups in Google Drive or iCloud
  • Your link with Sign in with Apple, which is revoked

Deletion cannot be undone. Because we never have a copy of your diary, we cannot restore it afterwards.

Revoke Google Access

To disconnect Floral Diary from your Google account:

  1. Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions
  2. Select Floral Diary
  3. Tap Delete all connections you have with Floral Diary (or Remove access)

The App immediately loses access to your Google account and Google Drive. Revoking access does not delete the backup already in your Drive; to remove it, follow the next step.

Delete the Google Drive Backup

Sign out of the App first so the backup is not re-created, then:

  1. Open Google Drive on a computer
  2. Click the gear icon, then Settings → Manage apps
  3. Find Floral Diary, click Options → Delete hidden app data
  4. If you also see Floral Diary backup files in My Drive, delete them and empty your Trash

Delete the iCloud Backup

If you signed in with Apple on iPhone or iPad, sign out of the App first, then:

  1. Open Settings → [your name] → iCloud
  2. Tap Manage Storage (or Manage Account Storage)
  3. Select Floral Diary and tap Delete Data

Clear Data on Your Device

Android

  • Settings → Apps → Floral Diary → Storage → Clear storage
  • Or uninstall the App

iPhone and iPad

  • Press and hold the App icon → Remove App → Delete App

This removes every entry, photo and recording from that device. Anything still in your Google Drive or iCloud backup stays there until you delete it as described above.
