Every visit, every pill, the whole family.
Snap a visit paper, a lab result or a prescription and it's filed in your family's health book. XHealth reminds you of every dose and every follow-up, for you, your parents and your kids.
In beta for iPhone and iPad. Free to download when it launches on the App Store.
What it does
No more folders of hospital papers, no more "which pill was that again?". One book for everyone you look after.
Photograph a visit paper, lab result or prescription. XHealth reads it on your phone and fills in the date, the clinic, the diagnosis and the medicines. You check it, then save.
Medicines become a daily schedule with a reminder at each time of day. Tick "Taken" from the notification or the widget, and get a nudge before every follow-up visit.
A book for each person: you, Mom, Dad, the kids. Their visits, results and medicines stay apart, and an emergency card holds blood type, allergies and who to call.
No account and no server. Records stay on your phone, behind Face ID if you like, and the lock screen never shows a medicine name.

Why XHealth
XHealth keeps what your doctor wrote down and reminds you to follow it. It doesn't diagnose, suggest doses or interpret results, and anything read from a photo waits for you to check it. Your family's records never leave your phone: there's no server to send them to.
FAQ
XHealth is in beta on TestFlight for iPhone and iPad and will be on the App Store soon. An Android version comes after.
Yes, keeping your own records and reminders is free. XHealth Family unlocks everything for the whole family: unlimited members, searching the text in your photos and, once it's released, encrypted backup. It's $19.99 a year with a 3-day free trial, or $2.99 a month, and you can cancel any time in Settings.
Only on your phone, encrypted by iOS while it's locked. XHealth has no account and no server, so we never see them. You can export everything as a PDF or delete it all from the app at any time.
No. Text is read on your phone. For harder papers you can download an optional reading model once (about 390 MB); it also runs entirely on your phone.
No, and that's on purpose. XHealth is a record book: it shows what's on the paper and the reference range printed next to it. Your doctor is the one to explain your results and your treatment.

Free to download the day it launches.
